6th Annual Habit for Health

It’s that time of year again! Time for the SMH Habit for Health 10k & 3 Mile Fun Run/Walk! This year’s event will benefit the Esophageal & Colon Cancer Prevention Center.

Held on a Certified Race Course!

Race will begin at 8:00am

Race day registration & packet pick-up from 7:00am – 7:50am in the West Pavilion Parking Lot of St. Margaret’s Family Health Center

Registration Fees

10K – $30 ($25 if registered before April 15th)
Fun Run/Walk – $25 ($20 if registered before April 15th)
Family Four Pack 10k – $110 ($95 if registered before April 15th)
Family 4 Pack Fun Run/Walk – $90 ($75 if registered before April 15th)
Register by April 15th to receive a T-shirt
