Commercial Property Open House Tour

The Illinois Valley Area Chamber of Commerce, the Illini Valley Association of REALTORS©, and the cities of Spring Valley, Peru, LaSalle, Utica, and Oglesby welcome your participation in a Commercial Property Open House Tour Day on Saturday, October 15th, 2022. Participating properties will be open to tour from 11:30am to 2:30pm.
The events begin at 9:00 AM at LaSalle Peru High School in the first-floor meeting room. There will be light appetizers and coffee and municipal leaders presenting on incentive programs available to new and current business owners including TIF, Enterprise Zones, Façade Grants and more. There will also be local commercial lenders sharing information on the commercial loan process and special programing their banks offer, as well as presentation on public art partnerships with NCI ARTworks to enhance the quality of life and encourage economic development. Following the presentations there will be opportunity to meet with lenders, and other commercial partners one on one.
