IVAC Business Breakfast Seminar - "Workers' Compensation Compliance"

The Illinois Valley Area Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development (IVAC) will hold their Business Breakfast Seminar on Wednesday, June 13th @ 7:15 a.m. at Mario’s Maples in Peru.  The focus of the seminar will be “Workers' Compensation Compliance”.   
The Insurance Compliance Division of the Workers’ Compensation Commission is responsible for enforcing the mandatory insurance provisions of the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Act.  Most of the nearly 400,000 Illinois employers carry workers’ compensation insurance for their employees.  However, for those employers who do not comply, it is our responsibility to bring these uninsured employers into compliance.
