All dinners will be served with a Spinach Salad - spinach, egg, red onion and cherry tomatoes with grilled onion bacon vinaigrette, Smashed buttermilk red potatoes and Green beans with roasted tomatoes

Pork medallions with sweet and spicy mustard sauce
Strip steak with a mushroom demi glace
Herb crusted salmon with drawn butter
Penne primavera; sauteed zuchini, yellow squash, carrots, peppers, tomatoes, spinach, garlic, fresh basil and parsley with penne pasta
