IVAC's 110th Annual Dinner

All dinners will be served with Mixed greens, squash, green beans, cherry tomatoes, cheddar cheese and honey mustard dressing - Garlic and herbed mashed potatoes and ratatouille

Chicken - Pretzel & breadcrumb breaded chicken breast with smoked ham, swiss cheese and a dijon cream sauce

Blackened Catfish with honey mustard slas

Vegetable Risotto - Zucchini, squash, mushrooms, corn, onion and peppersSeared top
Sirloin topped with a marsala wine sauce with mushrooms and onions

Peach bread pudding
