IVAC's 111th Annual Dinner

All dinners will be served with Flower Pot Salad - Iceberg lettuce, mesculin mix, pineapple, strawberries, mandarin oranges, blueberries, candied pecans with poppyseed dressing 
Twice baked potato with chives
Roasted vegetables - squash, zucchini, baby carrots and asparagus
 
Dinner Selections
Chicken Las Vegas - sauteed chicken breast with artichoke hearts, red and yellow bell peppers, kalamata olives adorned with lemon caper cream sauce
 
Parmesan Crusted Orange Roughy on a bed of fresh spinach and parmesan cream
 
Seared NY Strip with a portobello demi glaze (prepared medium)
 
Thai infused rice noodle pasta - julienne carrots, summer squash, zucchini, red and yellow peppers, mushrooms, celery and edamame beans tossed in a flavorful thai sauce.
