The State of the Cities Luncheon provides a unique opportunity for Chamber Members and public to hear from IVAC Member Mayors and Village Presidents. At this annual event, community leaders share thoughts on the local, social and economic climate, along with visions for future growth and quality of life within their cities.

Savory Pot Roast
Certified Angus Beef Sirloin slow roasted with Celery, Carrots, and Red Potatoes.
Roast Turkey Breast
roast Turkey with Gravy served with a Creole Cornbread Stuffing, Garlic Whipped Mashed Potatoes, Cranberry Sauce and Green Beans Almondine.
Portabella Mushroom Caps
Two Grilled Portabella Mushroom Caps Stuffed with Finely Minced Sauteed Onion, Pepper, an Button Mushrooms and topped with Melted Mozzarella Cheese and served with Seasoned Vegetables
Lunch is served with mixed salad greens with assorted dressings, freshly baked rolls, and a light dessert.
