The State of the Cities Luncheon provides a unique opportunity for Chamber Members and public to hear from IVAC Member Mayors and Village Presidents. At this annual event, community leaders share thoughts on the local, social and economic climate, along with visions for future growth and quality of life within their cities.

Roast Turkey Breast
Roast Turkey with Gravy served with a Creole Cornbread Stuffing, Garlic Whipped Mashed Potatoes, Cranberry Sauce and Green Beans Amandine.
Eggplant Parmesan
Seasoned grilled eggplant Parmesan served over nested gluten-free spaghetti pasta topped with Italian tomato sauce & melted mozzarella cheese
Lunch is served with crisp mixed salad greens, freshly baked rolls, and a light dessert.
