The State of the Cities Luncheon provides a unique opportunity for Chamber Members and public to hear from IVAC Member Mayors and Village Presidents. At this annual event, community leaders share thoughts on the local, social and economic climate, along with visions for future growth and quality of life within their cities.

Caeser Salad - Grilled chicken breast served over crisp romain lettuce tossed with Caesar dressing, garlic herb crouton and shredded parmesan cheese
Choice of Angus Burger - 1/2 lb choice of angus steak burger topped with American or Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion & pickle served on a brioche bun with french fries.
Chicken Parmesan - Breaded boneless chicken breast topped with fresh marinara sauce and parmesan cheese served over linguini pasta
Eggplant Parmesan- Seasoned grilled Eggplant Parmesan served over Italian tomato sauce with marinara & melted mozzarella cheese
