Life Balance was formed when like-minded therapists came together with a vision to help others find a better balance in their lives.
Many times our struggles start when we feel out of balance. We believe that change happens and balance can be restored when you take the first step to pursue therapy.Our therapists use an eclectic range of modern psychotherapy techniques including, but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, prolonged exposure, interpersonal, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, cognitive processing therapy, and solution focused therapies.
Many of our couple's therapists are trained in Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy.
