About Us

We are a manufacturer of woodworking products serving 150 miles from Mendota, IL with our beautifully-crafted, environmentally-friendly, cabinets and millwork. We also have 2 retail locations.

Starved Rock Wood Products was founded in 1994, in the small Illinois town of Mendota. Our guiding principle was that everyone deserves the highest quality and craftsmanship, whatever their budget.

Three decades later, the company has grown significantly, but our 130+ team of craftsmen, designers, engineers, sales coordinator and installers, still hold true to that original belief.

Unlike many cabinet manufacturers, we handle the entire process; from forest to home. Our teams of designers, software experts, craftsmen and women, delivery drivers and installers means the process goes more smoothly, with one point of contact and accountability. And that’s how we like it!
