About Us
Xcel Outdoor Living builds fences, decks, and holiday lighting across the Illinois Valley, out of Spring Valley. We install wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain link fence, build wood and composite decks with railings and pergolas, and repair fences and decks we did not build. Every job starts with a free visit, and the quote follows it. We pull the permit and file the JULIE locate as part of the job. We are fully insured and registered, and we serve Bureau, LaSalle, Putnam, Marshall, and Lee counties. We also build commercial fencing for businesses across the Illinois Valley.
